I’m Blake — Anorexia Survivor, Speaker, Singer and Video Creator.
In 2011 I almost died of Anorexia, a coping mechanism I developed to cope with trauma and a struggle to be a fashion model and hiding my identity.
I was very blessed to find recovery and have recently celebrated 5 years of recovery from my eating disorder and still maintain a healthy weight, vibrant mind and spirit. My true recovery came when I learned to love and accept myself the way I am — “flaws” and all.
Today, I make videos sharing my story and create others that inspire, educate and entertain. I want to share as much as I can about what I have been through so others don’t feel as alone and know that they can help themselves too.

I am also an inspirational speaker, singer, performer and teach a really cool energy medicine tool called EFT Tapping.
Tapping has been one of the biggest influences in my continued recovery – it has helped me to heal childhood wounding, deal with triggers, trauma, PTSD, negative thinking, food behaviors, and moving through blocks.
I have been an EFT practitioner for 10 years, teaching for 5, and I have reached thousands of people all across the globe with my teachings. I hope to inspire millions to empower themselves to heal from within while I’m here on this planet.
I have a lot of free EFT videos here on my site and you can check them out HERE. If you want to learn more about what EFT is, or want to learn how to become your own healing guide with Intuitive Tapping™ check out my Tapping Toolbox™ here.
My life is a miracle and I know that I am here for a reason: to share my story so other people don’t feel as alone as I did.
I choose to be the role model that I never had and to bring the pain and suffering out of the shadows and into the light so we can heal ourselves, one another, humanity and our planet as a whole.
I’m so happy you are here and hope you find whatever it is you are looking for!
Much love, blessings and most importantly HUGS!
